What is Ceramic Coating Nano Technology?
The word “Nano” refers to the size of the molecules or particles in the coating itself. These particles range from 80-100 nano-meters. Doesn’t mean a lot to most people but to put it to scale there are 25 million nano-meters in an inch.
Because the particles are so small, when applied to a surface, they seal all the pores making the surface hydrophobic (water-repellent), but also resistant to UV, scratches, chemicals, extreme heat and even anti-graffiti.

What is hardness rating of Ti22 Coatings™?
Ti22 Base Coat has a 9H hardness, which is the highest rating in the industry.
How long will Ti22 Coatings™ last?
Ti22 Coatings™ are engineered to provide years of protection for your vehicle. With proper care and maintenance, the shine and gloss that Ti22 Coatings™ provides will blow you away.
How much do I need for my vehicle?
One 30ml bottle can be used for compact vehicles, sedans or mid-sized trucks. For RVs & boats, please contact us where multiple bottles may be required and we will advise you on the quantity of product you’ll need.
Can I apply multiple coats?
Ti22 Coatings™ can be layered up to 5 times for added thickness and durability. Wait at least 1 hour between coats.
Does Ti22 Coatings™ protect against rock chips?
Ti22 Ceramic Coatings™ has a hardness level of 9H (which is very hard) and will help to protect against very light chips and scratches. However, Ti22 Coatings™ is not designed to protect against high velocity projectiles such as rock chips while driving at higher speeds. You should not purchase Ti22 Coatings™ for chip and scratch protection, but look at it as an extra benefit for light damage.
Can I use Ti22 Coatings™ on chrome?
Yes, Ti22 Coatings™ works great on chrome. Be sure to thoroughly remove all excess product after application to avoid streaks and clouding.
Can I use Ti22 Coatings™ on wheels?
Ti22 Coatings™ is perfect for wheels! The coating will help limit brake dust build up on the wheel and make cleaning a breeze.
Can I use Ti22 Coatings™ on my boat?
Ti22 Marine Coatings™ works incredible on boats!
Can I use Ti22 Coatings™ on vinyl wraps and decals?
Yes. For matte and satin vinyl, we recommend using a test area on a small inconspicuous area first to make sure you are happy with the results, as the coating may add a small amount of shine. However, the protective benefits of the coating will remain when applied to vinyl products.
Can I use Ti22 Coatings™ on my clear bra?
Yes, you can apply Ti22 Coatings™ over your clear bra to enhance its protection and prevent yellowing.
Why isn’t Ti22 Coatings™ available in stores?
We prefer to cut out the retail middle man and simply offer our coatings directly to the consumer. We want to provide the same protective technology that professional detailers charge $800 or more to install directly to you.
Can I remove the coating once applied?
Since Ti22 Coatings™ are engineered to be permanent, they cannot be chemically stripped. Removal requires mechanical abrasion with compounds and polishes, like a typical clear coat would.
Can I apply traditional waxes and sealants over Ti22 Coatings™?
Yes, but the wax or sealant will not have the same level of durability on a ceramic coating because the coating will try to shed the wax and sealant instead of letting it bond. Ti22 Coatings™ is superior to traditional waxes and sealants, and once applied, you will never need to wax again.
How should I prepare my vehicle for coatings application?
Any polishing or paint correction should be completed before applying Ti22 Coatings™. If you’re happy with the condition of your finish, make sure your vehicle has been thoroughly washed and dried. Clean the vehicle surface with Ti22 Coatings™ Prep to remove any remaining polish, wax, and surface contaminants.
Why can’t you tell me how long my coating will last?
There are many variables that determine the lifetime of a nano ceramic coating including how often you drive, the environment you live in, how often you wash your car, and where you store it. For example, if you live in a harsh climate and park your vehicle outside, your coating may not last as long as a vehicle that is mainly stored indoors in a mild climate.
